Everyone has a breaking point and the earlier you recognize the signs, the earlier you can do something about it. Being able to listen to our bodies and put what is being said into context along with pulling out any tools or techniques you have in your emotional toolbox is essential. Your Emotional Window of Tolerance

While Everyone has a "window of tolerance", or a zone of emotional arousal in which a person is able to function most effectively on an emotional level, but everyone's window is a different size.
